I honestly don't know if it was the copper or the compression sleeve, but within an hour or so my knee felt better. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a miracle cure immediately, but I've been wearing it continuously for about 2 and a half days and the pain is for the most part gone. Just putting it on for the first time felt so good. I was definitely skeptical, but now I am a fan of the Get7 Solutions Knee Sleeve. Get7 also followed up with a PDF on how to care for my knees. So far the company and product are top notch. I can't compare it to any other sleeve and frankly I don't need to, this did what it said it would do, and I never would have believed it if I didn't feel it for myself.

I got these for myself, but ended up letting my Mom try them on, due to the severe pain she gets in her legs. She had just purchased a set of knee compression braces, so she was excited to try them for her calves. She wore them for 3 days straight, and was extremely happy with the results. My Mom said that she didn't feel as much pain in her legs througout the day, and that she noticed while laying down she wasn't noticing as much Restless Leg Syndrome. My Mom couldn't believe how nice and thick these were in comparison the the one she had just purchased for her knee. And that in this package for the cost, she actually got 2! This is definitely a fantastic product.

I have been skeptical of the claims of copper compression technology and resisted spending money on something that might not work. Boy was I wrong. I have caused myself undue pain from muscle strain, whether through work or working out. I received the Copper Compression Long Sleeve Women V-neck Recovery Shirt by Get7Solutions right before we harvested potatoes from out garden. It’s strenuous work to pull the plants, dig the potatoes and then clean them for long term storage. After I spent an afternoon of doing that, my arms and shoulders were aching. Even though it is summer here, I put on this long sleeve recovery shirt and slept it in that night. I figured I would burn up but was surprised. The fabric is moisture wicking and I stayed cool throughout the night. The best part was waking up the next morning pain free. Had I not experienced it for myself, I don’t think I would have believed it. That led me to Google copper compression technology and I found that the most effective compression garments contain at least 88% copper nylon which this shirt does. It has easy care instructions, hand wash or machine wash and avoid using fabric softeners. The shirt sizing is accurate and it is comfortable. It will be a terrific replacement for the thermal undershirts I wear in the winter because not only will it provide warmth but also benefit my muscles as well. However, I will sleep in it in the summer again after my next big garden harvest or when the need arises. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review.

My husband is a runner but usually only sticks to Under Armour. I do not see why we have to pay so much money when other products are out there that seem to be made better. This shirt is definitely one of those. When we got this, I immediately noticed the quality. It is made very very well. Hubby tried it on and it was very true to size and fit perfectly. He went running that evening and noticed 2 things. 1, he didn't sweat near as much and 2 it didn't ride up on his chest the whole time he ran. I absolutely love this shirt and the quality.

I am not one to take a lot of supplements, but as I head into my mid-40s, my skin just gets drier and drier. I apply lotion all the time, but it seems like I can't keep up. When I heard about Phytoceramides, I thought I would give them a chance.

First, I did a little research. No supplements have FDA approval, but it's important to me that the manufacturer/facility are reputable. It's also important to me that anything I take be as safe and effective as possible, so I read an FDA publication about phytoceramides to try to understand them. The premise is that they are plant based fats (lipids) that our bodies are able to use to replace lost lipids in our skin. It's the loss of these lipids that contributes to dryness, fine lines, and wrinkles.

I'm also really cautious about the "presentation" of supplements; some can be really smelly or in large capsules that are hard to swallow. Not these. The ScandSkin phytoceramides come in a really manageable size (photo attached; my hands are small and I have fat fingers) and smell very faintly and pleasantly of grass. I've had difficulty in the past with heartburn from supplements (too much of a good thing, I guess) but none with these. I've only taken them for a few days, and I think I can notice a small difference in my skin already. I'm looking forward to continuing to see improvement. I'll revisit this review later but overall, I'm very pleased with this product!
